Whitening or veneers: which do I need?
Whitening only changes the colour of natural teeth, not their shape. Veneers can also correct shape, size, small chips or wear. If your teeth are well shaped and you only dislike the shade, whitening is usually enough; we decide after examining you.
What needs to be treated first?
Your mouth must be healthy: decay, inflamed gums or sensitivity are treated first. Fillings, crowns and veneers do not whiten, so the order of treatments needs planning.
How does Digital Smile Design work?
We take photographs and an intraoral scan, simulate the result on your own smile and review it with you. We only start once you are happy with the design.

Are First Fit veneers suitable for all patients?
Although First Fit veneers offer excellent aesthetic results, a prior consultation is needed to determine whether this treatment is the most suitable for you.
How long does the effect of teeth whitening last?
Results vary with each patient and their habits; teeth whitening generally lasts one to three years. We recommend avoiding foods and drinks that stain to prolong the results.
Are cosmetic dental treatments painful?
We prioritise our patients' comfort. Most cosmetic treatments are minimally invasive and, with current techniques and anaesthesia, discomfort is minimal or non-existent.
